Hi Melissa,
Melt the cream cheese in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently or in a microwave (heat a few seconds at a time and stir).
I would chop the sundried tomatoes coarsely so you can still see the bits. Some might rather have them chopped finely.
Regarding the time and temperature for heating, I don't know the exact amount of time it would take but I would put it in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-20 minutes or until heated through, watch closely.
