Tastee's Onion Dip

16 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 cup or less milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Put cottage cheese in a bowl with 1 tablespoon milk. Mix well until it doesn't look like cottage cheese. Reserve remaining milk. Add all other ingredients. Mix at high speed until sour cream rises. Add remaining milk as needed while mixing.
