There is no pork chop recipe for Outback. They are just seasoned and seared on a flat top grill. Just as the steaks, chicken, and seafood have there own seasonings, so do the pork chops.

None of which are made 'in house'. Just as someone had said in another post the Kitchen Manager himself does not have these recipes. You can even look at the ingredients on the boxes of the seasonings and they all say the same thing......they mention one or two ingredients and then says, "and other spices".
