The recipes that I have tried are the queso dip and the salsa itself(which is used in the queso)

CARLO'S SALSA

1 large can stewed tomatoes, drained well
1 large white onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 cup chopped cilantro (to taste)
1 fresh japaleno pepper, chopped (use seeds for hotter salsa)
1 tsp. salt (to taste)

Place all ingredients together in a food processer and puree to desired consistency. Cover and chill for a few hours for best flavor.

CARLO'S QUESO DIP

1 lb Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
approximately 1 (10 oz) can Campbell's condensed cream of cream of chicken soup
1 cup fresh Carlos salsa (above)

Melt cheese in a double boiler or microwave, stirring often.

Add sour cream, soup, and salsa and bring back up to serving temperature.
