This is the meat rub I made to duplicate that from Outback ($26 is a little rich for my blood!). I only make up enough for one rack but I am sure you can multiply as needed and store in fridge. I rub this onto the rack after I have browned the rack on top of the stove and then pour a small amount of the drippings over the rack before I finish it in the oven.
MEAT RUB
1 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp ground red pepper 1/2 tsp pure garlic powder 1/2 tsp chili mix powder
