Looking for a recipe for Devil's Food Cheesecake, also called Chocolate Mountain Cheesecake. I believe that Junior's makes this and I've seen it in another food catalog as well. It has a bottom layer of devil's food cake, topped with chocolate buttercream, a cheesecake layer, then more buttercream, more cake, topped with buttercream. I could probably improvise with 3 different recipes but the real question is how to get the cheesecake on top of the cake and buttercream? Thanks for any replies/suggestions!
