Macaroni Grill Chocolate Ganache

Melt together over low heat:
1 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream
butter to taste

This will not completely solidify when refrigerated, but should have a fudge-like consistency. If it is too thin, just add chocolate. Too thick? Add cream. Will keep in fridge for a while.
