Forgive me for not having exact amounts on all ingredients; I played around with a few recipes I found based on Applebee's Maple Butter Sauce.

about 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
white chocolate chips (about 3/4 bag)
about 1 teaspoon maple flavoring, to taste (warning: doesn't take much!)

In a saucepan heat the milk, butter, and cream cheese on low (hot enough to melt, but not scald)

Add white chocolate chips and maple flavor to taste. I used about 3/4 of the bag and around teaspoon of flavoring. Allow chips to melt and use a whisk to blend all.

It is very slightly darker than Applebee's', but it really tastes the same to me!
