I have several recipes for Mango Tango. Here are 2 to check out. I have only tried the first one and it is very good. I have (2) more if you are interested. One with vanilla ice cream and one with yogurt. If these sound closer to what you are looking for let me know and I will post them.
MANGO TANGO COOLER
2 (11.5-ounce) cans Mango KERNSŪ from LIBBY'S All Nectar 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 4 cups ice cubes 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup, or to taste
Combine nectar, pineapple juice and lime juice in large pitcher.
Fill glasses with ice; top with nectar mixture and a splash of grenadine.
Makes 4 servings.

2 cups peeled, seeded and chopped mango (or papaya), chilled 1 cup ice cold orange juice 1/2 cup ice cold milk 2 tablespoons honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. |
