Made this recipe using fresh milled wheat (1/2 Hard white and 1/2 Soft white). Made a double batch the first time and it did not last very long. Taste just like the real stuff. Could not believe it. This will definetly make it into my cookbook. I am always looking for new bread recipes. Have 4 children and they all loved it. As well as sister-in-law and her family which includes 5 children and my mother and father in-law. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!
