i followed this recipe and my sauce will not thicken..this is the 2nd time i did it too..it never thicken up and stayed watery...so i did what paula or rachel would have done...haha..added flour..it thickened up and tasted fine..just not the same..haha..well, i agree that the amount of stock and wine isn't correct...how do i get the sauce to thicken up..does anyone know? i'll try to email the cheesecake factory myself!
