Try this and see what you think...meant to send this in May, but I forgot...sorry..

GERMAN PANCAKE

6 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Cinnamon
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cups chopped apples
chopped nuts (optional)
Sugar

Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and cinnamon. Beat until fluffy and smooth; set aside.

Add 2 Tbsp. of butter/margarine in each of 2 pie pans. Melt as oven preheats to 450 degrees F.

Pour half the batter in each pan. Add chopped apples to each pan and chopped nuts, if desired. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 450 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Remove pans, serve with syrup. You can also add chopped nuts if you want.

Its not their recipe, but close enough. Theirs are the best!!
