This appeared in the online version of The Arizona Republic on August 2, 2006 as part of a recipe for Macayo's Green Corn Tamales with Baja Sauce:
From Macayo's Mexican Kitchen:
BAJA SAUCE
2 pounds cream cheese 8 ounces half-and-half 2 ouncees canned jalapenos, sliced Dash of salt
Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly until smooth." [I am assuming that you would also heat until warm, do not microwave - per the further instructions for tamales.]
