I lived in Ogdensburg until the age of 12 and still have family there. My uncle was a fire fighter there and that is how we attained the recipe for wimpy sauce.

WIMPY'S SAUCE

3 cups water
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 (3 oz) can of potted meat
2 tsp. Accent (MSG)
2 tsp. chili pepper
2 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper flakes

Simmer for 2 hours in a double boiler. Add water if needed.

I hope you enjoy it
