My daughter also loves this dish and I have been looking for Bertucci's recipe. On their menu they list cream and sprinkled with diced plum tomatoes. Your recipe listed as theirs mentions alfredo sauce and tomato sauce. Is this Bertucci's version? I will try anything but jus wanted to find the restaurants version.
