www.sicilianculture.com is very close. My family loves this soup and we are 4 hours from the closest Carraba's. Have gotten pretty good home ratings with the following changes. The big secret to making this taste like the one at Carraba's is LOTS of fresh ground pepper. Also, they sometimes use a smallish pasta, but also use grated potato, which thickens the soup (skip the egg) and gives it it's distinct texture.
