Made the copycat Chicken Madiera that calls for 3C. of Madiera. Unless you really want a really dominant taste alcohol, I suggest backing it down to two cups. I will try that next time I make it. 3 was too much for sure. And the next day, I might as well have poured it into a martini glass and stuck and olive in it!. Otherwise, it's close. I'll keep working on it.
