I am a red meat lover but must share this on this recipe. Went to Corpus on a vacation. Found Landry's on the dock (Huge Houseboat Restaurant) went in and ordered surf & turf. My wife had their Stuffed Shrimp Enbrochette. What made her try it is beyond me. It came with a excellent house salad. We had red wine with the meal. My lobster & steak were done perfect. I asked to try a piece of 1 of the 9 (count 'em) Shrimp. It was one of the best taste treats I ever experienced dining out!! I wound up giving my Lobster & steak to my wife for most of her meal! The shrimp were huga & right out of the Gulf 100 yards away. I am from NYC & have had some great dining experiences. but I will ALWAYS remember this meal!! I got the biggest shrimp I could buy & I am going to try to duplicate it for Christmas this year thanks to this recipe. Thanks Joe
