Thanks for posting this Pacific French Toast recipe (in 2003). I don't know why I never picked it up. This isn't the recipe, however. Union Pacific's french toast had a fluffy coating. The coating was about 1/4 inch thick. Their recipe was a secret and they were famous for this french toast. Does anyone out there remember it? Any ideas?
