About Jacqueline's version of the recipe. I do not understand in the mousse section of the recipe the breakdown of 1 cup heavy cream--chilled and then lower has 2 more cups heavy cream. The directions say add the heavy cream ( like you would add all three cups at the same time. Is the other 2 cups a misprint or are we using 3 cups of heavy cream all together?
