ISO: Publix Delicious Buttercream Frosting Recipe

Misc.
I have a question regarding the Publix Delicious Buttercream Recipe. A friend of mine made the recipe and said that all she could taste was the cream cheese and didn't like it very much. She used good quality ingredients. She was wondering that maybe its because there is no sugar on this recipe.

Is that correct? There is no sugar at all on this recipe. Confectioners nor granulated?

Thank you in advance. I just wanted to make sure that the sugar wasn't left out by mistake from the recipe.
