I am looking for a recipe for Longhorn Steakhouse Stuffed Shrimp Santa Fe.
It is shrimp, stuffed with Pepper Jack cheese and fried to a golden brown. The shrimp is butterflied and the cheese is stuffed inside. How would you bread or batter this combo without it falling apart? I think a toothpick would hold it, but then would the cheese once melted, leak out?
