Dear Nicky,

I'm not sure what would cause your frosting to curdle. Does it curdle in the pan when you are cooking it or after you add the butter? Are you adding the butter at room temperature? Is your pudding chilled before you add the butter? Are you whipping it at high speed a good 5 to 10 minutes? Let me know and I'll see what I can do to help.
