ingredients: butter, chopped garlic, white sauce base, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, heavy cream, and milk

1) Melt butter in saucepan

2) Add Garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Do not brown.

3) Whisk in heavy cream, milk, white suace base, parmesan, salt and pepper.

4) Turn off heat, simmer 1 minute, whisking continuously
