Hello! Not sure how this site works exactly, but I am wondering if anyone has the recipe for Earls Restaurant's Cajun Blackened Chicken, or even just the in-house-made blackening spice??? I used to work at Earls in Calgary for a year, but forgot to get it! Please let me know! Thanks a million!!!
