The Cake Lady, a bakery in Southhaven, Mississippi makes a pie called, "The Haystack Pie". It has a graham cracker crust with a very light simple filling that I am sure has cool whip in. The top is sprinkled w/ toasted coconut and pecans. An then they drizzle a caramel sauce over all. It is such a light and refreshing pie. I would love to have the recipe.
