I grew up loving these cookies!! but they were my step dad's cookies and he ve to ask - every so often - while eating sunflower seeds - get the taste of the heyday bars, and I've been wondering how they were made - thks to you I think I now know but I wonder do they used crushed up sunflower seeds.
