I used to work at Noodles and I know exactly what is in it. Its really not that hard. Just penne noodles, marinara, cream, mushrooms, salt, pepper (to taste), spinich, and crushed red papper.

Mix all but the cream in a pan over the heat, then add cream to thicken it up and let it simmer. Thats it. We always had it premade before the night started so that we could just throw it in a pan, add cream and you were done.
