There is a restaurant review of Bluefish Cafe in the archives of The Boston Globe by Jane Roy Brown dated February 2, 2005. In it she describes the cafe and some of the entrees, including the Lobster Strudel.
"The strudel combined lobster and carmelized onion and a homemade boursin cheese, baked open-face in phyllo pastry dough."
The article also mentions that the chef, Bobbie-Lynn Hutchins and her famous dish, appeared on The Food Network Show of Al Roker, in the Summer of 2004.
