SPINACH ALFREDO PIZZA
1 cup Alfredo sauce 4 tbsp butter 3 cups fresh spinach 4 flour tortillas 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese salt and pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook the Alfredo sauce till heated but not boiled.
Put butter in a medium frying pan on medium-low heat and gradually add spinach.
Cook the flour tortilla in a deep fryer for about 5 minutes. Take out and they will be crispy so try not to break them.
On a big shallow pan, place the tortillas. Add about 5 tablespoons of alfredo sauce on top, spread it around all the way to the edge of the tortilla. Add desired amount of spinach on top of the alfredo sauce. Sprinkle desired amount of mozzerella cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Bake for about 5 minutes. |
