The below recipe will get you so close you'll think you’re at Panera's, please follow the technique closely:

1 part rice wine vinegar
1/3 part white granulated sugar
1 part toasted sesame oil

Combine vinegar and sugar, heat slightly until sugar dissolves completely - allow to cool.

Measure oil into a easy pour container. Whisk vinegar/sugar and s-l-o-w-l-y add oil (especially at first, or use a stick blender).
Enjoy!

The use of quality toasted oil is quite necessary. You may find that more sugar is to your liking.
