There is mayo in this recipe so I think that's definitely on the right track. By Thai Sweet Sauce, what exactly do you mean? I haven't seen such a product and have shopped at several authentic Asian ingredient marketplaces such as Oceanic in Tampa (and tons in Chinatown NY). I'm going to scout the net to see if there is anything of this description that I can identify by brand and product name.
