I usually double this recipe and pour it over spinach and cooked chicken and bake for an excellent Chicken Florentine dish. The seasoning salt is the key.
ALFREDO SAUCE
2 pints heavy (whipping) cream 6 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. lemon juice 3 cups grated parmesan cheese granulated garlic (to taste) seasoning salt (I use Lowrey's)
