The firecracker sticks at Fatz cafe have spinach, shrimp, andouille sausage, onions, green peppers, and 3 cheeses in them. They are rolled in a tomato basil tortilla and deep fried. They are served with a spicy ranch dressing (regular ranch with cayenne pepper added). I don't know the exact amounts, but I do know the ingredients, have worked there for years.
