My daughter and I also love these so we experimented-they turned out really good.

Prepare lettuce-place in fridge until needed.

chicken breasts cubed (2 or 3) -Gently cook in a bit of oil in a fry pan be carful not to over cook or brown the meat. Can add a bit of water to steam it.

In another fry pan brown peanuts(unsalted) in a fry pan-watch carefully. stir often. Put aside.

add jullianned veggies(carrots red pepper yellow pepper Green onions

When veggies are almost tender, add terriyaki sauce(we use VH brand) add sugar to sweeten, to taste. Sorry I don't have a measurement on this we just winged it (we did use quite a bit though). If you want you could pre-heat the Teriyaki sauce in a sauepan and add the sugar. This way you can experiment-without overcooking your veggies.

Add Fried Chinese egg noodles and peanuts just before serving. stir just to coat. Serve immediately.
