Help me make a Waffle House Omelet. I have the 8" omelet pan. I have the high speed drink mixer/blender. I have the eggs. I don't have the commercial 2 or 4 burner cooktop, just a regular gas stove and cooktop. I don't have the Low Melt oil, therefore my oil doesn't ripple so I don't know when to pour in the eggs. Moving the pan in a circle doesn't seem to matter. many times when I flip, the center of the eggs are still total liquid on top and the bottom of the omelet is turning brown. My preheat and cooking temps and times are not right. Help John D.
