I remember eating at Tippy's when it was in College Park, just about shouting distance from the University of Maryland's flagship campus at College Park. That was in the mid-70's. Didn't follow it when it moved to Laurel, but I did hear that it became the Toucan place. It still gets good reviews. Thanks for sharing the queso recipe!
