I was a manager at Domino's for a couple years. They use Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Nothing else. We get big gallon jugs of it, put it in squirt bottles and apply liberally. It is not a buffalo-style sauce (no added butter/fat). Sometimes the nice managers will let you buy a whole gallon bottle of it from them. The BBQ wing sauce, they've changed once. It was Cattleman's at one point.
