Someone said the cheese spread was too salty and no one could eat it. The recipe is nearly the same as the one I have had for nearly 30 years and the one I have uses garlic powder and celery seed. I would suggest trying that. It made a perfect recipe.
The spread in the store has other ingred's I suggest playing with it a bit to get it closer

My recipe was perfect but a friend told me she got her's from this site so I came to see the difference.
