my sauce would not thicken either! the sauce at cheesecake factory was thicker, stickier...almost like a chinese sauce...flavor was good, but had more wine taste than the restaurant...i think i'm going to ask the factory too! the chicken and asparagus was incredible...i just put the left overs in all the sauce that was left in the pan...should be even better the second time around : )
