yes i have made the pf changs vegetarian lettuce wraps, and all you have to do is use BAKED tofu. it can be found at most large grocery stores, i get mine from fred meyers. it comes in a few different flavors, i have used the five spice, or savory herb. it looks funny, it's dark brown on the outside, but if you have ever actually been to pf changs, you'll notice that their wraps have tofu that is extremely similar. happy cooking.
