I found this recipe to be too Mayo tasting, and the Thai sauce gave many specs in the sauce which bonefish's sauce does not have. and the final shrimp did not have the same fresh pepper taste. It was not even close

This Christmas I received a bottle of a Bang Bang Sauce, I took some jumbo, breaded frozen shrimp from our local grocery store. deep fried it and then tossed the fried shrimp in the sauce, It taste exactly like Bonefish's, believe me, we have been eating at Bone fish for years, and no body in my family could not tell any difference. The brand of the sauce is Dinni's Select.

Just be careful, in finding the correct amount of sauce to use, too much sauce will make the shrimp a tad bit hotter, and too little sauce you will not have the same flavor.
