I have been pretty successful at duplicating Copeland's "Magnolia Mushroom" Appetizer with this recipe:
1 1/2 cups Classico Garlic Alfredo Sauce 1 cup Chablis white wine 1/2 tomato, diced 4 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon fresh minced basil 1/2 pound cleaned and cooked shrimp toast points (for serving) Mix Alfredo Sauce with wine; simmer 10 minutes.
Add tomato, garlic, and basil in a saucepan; simmer 5 minutes longer. Add shrimp.
Sauce should be poured over sliced Portabello Mushrooms that have been sauteed in butter over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Serve over toast points.
