LABOU DILL DRESSING

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup safflower or olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh dill weed or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
Dash of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender or bowl and whip until smooth.

Makes 3/4 cup dressing.
