This pizza is actually very very easy to make. I'll statrt off by saying that I worked there almost two years ago, so I don't remember the brand names, but I'll tell you all that I do know.
The crust is just your average home-made thin crust pizza dough. We made all of our dough every morning before we opened and we just used a standard dough recipe, nothing special. Then it's topped with pre-made cookie dough (your favorite brand will suffice...) and baked. This is the somewhat tricky part... Mazzio ovens (and most pizza ovens) are set around 460 and you cook the pizza for roughly 4.5 minutes.... when cooking it at home, you may have to experiment as most people don't own a conveyer oven. The frosting on top (the white stuff... and actually their chocolate sauce too) come pre-packaged and is the food suppliers brand (ie: ben e. keith, or whatev) but it's essentially cinnamon roll icing.
Most everything at Mazzio's is pre-packaged, save the dough. All of the sauces and everything come frozen in bags.
