I cannot locate the ingredients (Muffin Mix, Fiber nugget)
to make RCI bran muffins. I tried a health food store and
was told that this only came in 50 lb. bags. (???) (from something and Abel).

What do you know about this?
I, too, have the recipe from the chef of RCI as listed.
