The apple is a granny smith dipped apple - Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has amazing apples. Yhe "Apple Pie" flavor has caramel (I think)... then other layers on top of the apple - then the last layer has crushed graham crackers & cinnamon. This apple tastes just like an apple pie. It's so amazing!
