I might get yelled at because I've only made it a few times so I'm low on experience but I add some honey to sweeten it. Kills some of the mayo taste.... just a suggestion!

YUMYUM SAUCE
(Japanese Restaurant Style)

mayonnaise
garlic powder
sugar
paprika
water
tomato paste
melted butter
... and some honey :)

I have a feeling all Japanese Steakhouses are a bit different so it may be more of a personal taste thing as far as getting a measurement that fits your taste.
