I have never had the pizza at the flying buffalo, but I make a pretty good buffalo chicken pizza by grilling a chicken breest then chopping it up into small pieces and coating it in franks red hot, it is best to do this a day before so the franks red hot penetrates the chicken. Then I just make a basic pizza crust and sauce and add mozzarella cheese and bacon bits it is so good.
