Hello! I currently work at Max and Ermas and the only one of the pastas you listed left on the menu is the Cajun Shrimp and pasta. The 'recipe' is pretty simple. The sauce consists of a simple alfredo sauce with plenty of Cajun spices added (whatever your favorite is will do just fine im sure). otherwise you just add cooked shrimp to the sauce after it is done and toss with pasta! Good luck!
